Agentic deployments are extending from edge use cases into EPR, CRM , and service operations.

That momentum is already visible in the UK. According to the survey presented at Agentforce London 2025, about 78% of UK organizations have already
deployed agentic AI, with another 14% planning adoption within 6 months.

This means a vast majority of businesses are either already running agents in production or actively preparing to integrate autonomous capabilities into core operational systems.
