    If you looking to get your Ham Radio License I suggest you visit www.arrl.org The have all the information needed to do this . The Tech exam is a simple 35 question exam on rules and basic operations.

    You don't need a license to listen, just to transmit.

    what it takes to pass the tests, but also the WHY behind it.
