Morning exercise offers several advantages that can contribute to overall health and
    well-being:

Increased Energy Levels: Exercising in the morning can boost your energy for the day
ahead. Physical activity increases blood flow and oxygen to your muscles and brain,
    helping you feel more awake.

Improved Mood: Morning workouts can enhance your mood by releasing endorphins, which are known as feel-good hormones. This can lead to a more positive outlook
    throughout the day.

Better Consistency: Establishing a morning exercise routine can lead to greater
consistency. Fewer distractions and obligations typically occur in the morning, making it
easier to stick to your workout schedule.

Enhanced Metabolism: Exercising in the morning can jumpstart your metabolism, helping you burn more calories throughout the day. This effect, known as excess post-
exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), can last for hours after your workout. Improved Focus and Productivity: Physical activity in the morning can enhance cognitive
function, leading to better focus and productivity at work or school.

Better Sleep Patterns: Morning workouts can help regulate your sleep patterns. Regular
physical activity can promote better sleep quality, making it easier to fall asleep and stay
    asleep.

Healthier Eating Choices: People who exercise in the morning often make healthier food
choices throughout the day, leading to better overall nutrition.

Less Crowded Gyms: If you prefer exercising in a gym, mornings tend to be less crowded compared to evenings, allowing for a more pleasant workout environment. While morning exercise has its benefits, it's important to choose a time that fits your
lifestyle and preferences. Consistency and enjoyment are key to maintaining a successful exercise routine, regardless of when you choose to work out.

Morning exercise offers several advantages that can contribute to overall health and
    well-being:

My morning exercise these days is shovelling snow. We got another 6 inches so far (in the last eight hours) and I'm about to out and deal with it. As I shovel and snow-blow, I count the ambulances that pass by my house heading out and then returning to our local small hospital. Mostly all heart related calls. Each one causes me to take a 5 minute break. :-)

    Wish me luck.

Yikes! I certainly don't miss that. We DO live close to the Fire station but the constant
sound of sirens is not from snow shoveling; just old age-related stuff.
