Ajay Reddy suggests the following 4 which will work for everyone and takes around 10
minutes. Please spend this time daily for your health if you are not doing any other
physical activities.
Planks: It got so many benefits including proper pose, abs, strength. It just takes 1 to 5
minutes and can be done anywhere. Each time hold 30 seconds.
Squats: Do it in the proper form it strengthens the core and legs
Skipping /Jumping jacks: It is a good cardio exercise and just 5 minutes per day is good
enough (100 skips and 50 jumping jacks to start with)
Push ups: It strengthens all upper body and gets a good physique, pushups can be
replaced with burpees which is much more effective.
Bonus: Do 10�12 rounds of Surya Namaskar (takes another 10�15 minutes) which is a
complete Yoga Posture exercise and have a lot of benefits including Weight management, Strengthen back, and other muscles, flat stomach among others.
