Is it good to do pushups everyday?
Doing push-ups every day has lot of benefits for our health and fitness. Apart from the
benefits doing push ups everyday can change our fitness.
I have included push-ups on my fitness routine everyday as they have great benefits on
our fitness levels , as an athlete I enjoy doing push-ups on a daily basis as it makes me
feel better everyday.
When I did it for the first time I was not able to do even a one but as I try it eventually
start getting better everyday
Doing push-ups every day have lot of benefits, athletes and military used it as a
preference for building strength and fitness.
The benefits of Push-ups are as follows

strength in the body which is helpful for the lifting the weights.Many people specifically
gym freaks do push-ups to build big arms.
2. Improves shoulders stability-push-ups are useful way to build stability. as it involve
shoulders muscles then it provides support to the shoulders and also help us to build
stability which prevent injuries while working out.
3. build and tone triceps- push-ups are effective way build triceps which is a way to build
a bigger arms many gym freaks push ups to build triceps strength and provide support
to build bigger arms.
4. Improves posture-By doing push-ups and build bigger arms help us to improve body
posture and provide stability, by doing push-ups we build back strength which is helpful
in improving posture.
5. Improves bone density-resistance training like push-ups are an effective way to build
strength and improves bone density and reduces the risk of osteoporosis.
6. Helpful in core strength- doing push-ups everyday provide support and stability and
support the strength of chest which improves core strength which make daily work
easier.
7. Improves joint health -push-ups are an effective way to build strength to the body
which improves joints health that don't create problems in the future.
8. Improves mental health- doing physical exercises have direct impact on the mental
health as more you do physical fitness the more your mental health by doing push-ups
we build good mental health.
