    If you�ve been told you have high blood pressure, don�t panic! You have more control
    over your health than you think. Your diet and lifestyle play a huge role in managing
    hypertension naturally.

    I remember one of my patients, a 52-year-old man, who came in frustrated about taking
    blood pressure medications. He wanted a more natural approach. We worked together to
    adjust his diet, increase his physical activity, and introduce stress management

    Here�s what you can do to manage hypertension naturally:
