I liked to order the mixed fruit cups...but the sugar can be
a problem. I test my glucose first thing in the morning, and it
has been running between 80 and 130. My A1C was 6.4 last December
(type 2 diabetes threshold) and 5.8 in April. I'll have it checked
again in late October, when I go in for my yearly wellness check,
full physical, and flu shot.
My PCP told me not to buy an expensive A1C check device (they
are that), but to come into the clinic, and have it checked).
