    What should we eat on an empty stomach in the morning to stay healthy?

    Eggs, bran, wholegrain or wholewheat bread or cereal especially the likes of original
    Shredded Wheat and Weetabix, oats, natural yoghurt, fruit especially apples, banana,
    kiwi, grapefruit.

    Berries, especially blackberries, raspberries�part of the rose family, or true berries like
    blueberries, or blackcurrants.

    Seeds, chia seeds�tiny nutrient, omega, and vitamin dense bombs, sunflower seeds,
    sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, all highly nutritious.

    Nuts, especially cashews (cashews are seeds but are also classed as nuts I believe),
    almonds, walnuts, hazlenuts, and peanuts, Brazil nuts, coconut.

    Spices, cinnamon and ginger on cereal, in yoghurt, on buttered wholemeal toast,
    turmeric milk with honey and a grate of black pepper, honey and ginger toast.

    Cinnamon and honey toast topped with sliced apple or strawberries.

    Smoothies, bung everything in and see what happens.
