I _think_ things are working mostly correctly, now. Still checking to see
if the daily ANSIs look correct, and trying to figure out how best to
include the extra text things, and when I'd want to include them.

Not sure if I should occasionally include a second ANSI, as there are over
380 ANSIs, with some that will show up in some years but not others, and
also monthly ANSIs that would only show up if there's a lack of a daily
ANSI.

The aspect I'm thinking about is the ANSIs that will, currently, _never_ show up.

But, yeah, no obvious way to make them show up, and one a day is probably enough, regardless.
