    I don't know but I noticed this in the history.txt today:

    2015-11-08
    Added - Node 101 - Agency BBS (NZ)
    Added - Node 100 - fsxNet HUB (NZ) - fsxNet is born using Zone 18

    Scrolled right to the end eh? :)

    Had to change zones soon after that because of a conflict and that is how zone 21 came about.
