    Also loved Commander Keen 4 (my fav out of all the Keens).
    Oh man, Keen was the bomb. I remember writing down all the weird alphabet characters from Keen 1, 2 or 3 and replaying to read all the signs ^^.

    This just reminds me I should actually catch up with the series. I was more Duke Nukem guy and Jazz Jackrabbit when I think about early platformers for PC.

    I started finding multiplayer Quake 1 games with NQuake, but the only
    problem is that people run custom maps and load so many textures/sounds
    that it loses the nostalgia. I'd love to play some of the old maps I
    played in the '90s again. I can remember bits and pieces of some of the
    maps, but never knew the names.
