Address Coverity CIDs 661496 and 661497 in door launching
xtrndat(): when writing BBSDEV.DRP or DOORDROP.INI fails, or BBSDEV.DRP
cannot be made read-only, remove the file with fremove(), which ignores
a missing file and reports any other failure. A failed removal after
the chmod() failure would otherwise leave a complete but writable drop
file behind with nothing in the log. (CID 661496)
external(): annotate the /dev/null redirection in the forked child. A descriptor of 0-2 is left open because it is now one of the child's
standard streams. (CID 661497)
