    Besides games...

What was your favorite Amiga Pastime?

    .Mods
    Demos
    Animations

Mine was definately .mod files! Though not quite as enjoyable as a good singalong SID, it definately kept me entertained! One can not also forget Eric Schwartz animations.

Serial port. I ran the BBS, and called out with the 2nd serial port, or at times would set it up to accept calls. I never really got into games, I used the Amiga more for productivity then anything else..

Back in the day mine was Telecom and BBS'n I had a A3000 and had the GVP serial card which gave me an additional Serial port. I ran the BBS, and called out with the 2nd serial port, or at times would set it up to accept calls. I never really got into games, I used the Amiga more for productivity then anything else..

For me, it was all about the sound and graphics capabilities. I had the 1000, so I got in on the ground floor of Amiga creativity. My main programs were Deluxe Paint/sound and I think, Music-X.
